12 Week Body Transformation – Day One

by James Kerrison on June 15, 2010

Formally and informally I have started a 12 week Body Transformation of my own.

There are a number of reasons but one of the main ones is to remain accountable to my goals.

One of the best ways to stick to your goals is to tell as many people as possible about them. This way others can keep you on track, because they will be asking you how you are going and you don’t want to be owning up to a whole heap of people saying that you have given up!

In a nutshell here are my goals for the next 12 weeks:

  1. Train consistently for 12 weeks!
  2. Eat consistently for 12 weeks!
  3. Maintain current level of cardiovascular fitness (beep test baby!)
  4. Maintain current body fat levels
  5. Increase body weight between 5 and 10 kilos

Monday’s are typically a busy day for me, so I didn’t train until late. But I got it done nonetheless.

Workout was consisted of incline presses, rows, chins, dips, bicep curls, tricep band work and a quick finisher.

My strength is pretty average at the moment so I would like to get that back up as a by product of my workouts, although it isn’t one of my main goals.

Today I am going to get all of my measurements done, photos etc. This will give me another way to gauge my progress and measure my results.
