		<description>Nice site BUT... Porterhouse steaks, pork, hamburgers (grassfed beef in general) and good hot dogs (they are made of beef- buy good ones)and bacon will NOT make you fat.  It is the carbs Not the fat that turns into body fat. 
Carbs from GRAINS are killers, not the beef. Carbs trigger insulin- too much insulin production turns carbs (not fat or protein) into FAT. Its the body&#039;s way of saving energy in case you stop feeding it. Be smarter than your insulin trigger - lay off the carbs</description>

		<description>I&#039;m on a modified Atkins right now and most of this list is not allowed! I say modified, bc I wont and cant seem to stomach too much animal fats. So Im still pulling off the chicken skin and eating lean cuts of meats. But I do believe America eats way too much of the refined foods, alot of white sugar, and overprocessed foods. That paired with less activity, is a recipe for a fat person.</description>
