		<description>I love having these cheat meals! I think we all need some kind of a break from the &quot;hard work&quot; we put into our bodies daily. Exercising and eating well day to day can get very frustrating especially around the holidays. The &quot;treat&quot; we give ourselves to kind of reward ourselves for all the good work is well worth it. Not necessarily for the body, but for the mind. Without our minds in this, we wont succeed. Thanks for the go ahead on this!</description>
