Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding

Food. The higher the quality, the closer you get to achieving your ideal body.

The problem most of us face is getting good food to taste as good as the stuff we shouldn’t be eating.

That’s why when I get my hands on a great tasting, highly nutritious, balanced food, I just have to tell the world!

Take 1/4 cup of blueberries, 1/4 cup protein powder (Chocolate), 2 teaspoons natural smooth peanut butter. If it is too dry or doesn’t mix well simply add a teaspoon of water.

Put it all in a small container and mix together with a spoon.

It is as good as any chocolate pudding you will find, but ticks all the boxes with good protein, good fats and antioxidants.
